Big Time Pixels LLC owns and operates the Rooms AI Compatibility mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use Rooms AI.

Information We Collect

When you use Rooms AI, we may collect the following information:

• Account information, such as email address and profile details
• AI Interview responses
• User-provided content such as responses, messages, and photos
• App usage and technical data, such as app version, activity/usage and crash logs

Rooms AI does not track users across apps or websites.

Face Data and TrueDepth API Usage

Rooms AI uses live-captured face data obtained through Apple's TrueDepth API during the identity verification process.

Face data is used only to confirm that a real person is present while a verification photo is being taken. This data is processed in real time on the device and is not stored, retained, or transmitted.

The verification photo submitted by the user is stored only for the duration necessary for manual review by our verification team. Once verification is approved or rejected, the photo is permanently deleted.

Face data is never shared with third parties and is not used for advertising, tracking, analytics, or any purpose beyond identity verification.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to:

• Provide and operate the Rooms AI app
• Generate Rooms and compatibility insights
• Perform verification
• Improve app functionality and reliability

Personal data is not used for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

Big Time Pixels LLC does not sell personal data.

Information may be shared strictly as necessary if required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. User data is not retained after account deletion.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Continued use of Rooms AI indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
